Lanchester will launch different membership-priced products from time to time. Become a member and enjoy discounts!

Member notice

1. Multiple applications for membership status are not allowed. If repeated applications are found, only the recently applied membership will be retained. The previously applied membership will be invalidated and the shopping points will be returned to zero.

2. All members have no physical cards, and all member discounts are only applicable to online shopping.

3. Members can only apply for general personal applications. The consumption amount of bulk purchases such as employee purchases, company number or group purchases will not accumulate shopping points, nor can it be discounted.

4. The shopping points cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, nor can it be used by combining the shopping points of multiple members.

5. The accumulative standard of shopping cash is based on the actual checkout amount after deducting all discounts and offers.

6. The accumulated points for each transaction can only be used after the current transaction. (The newly accumulated points will be transferred to the member account within two working days)

Validity period

1. Membership and full membership are valid for life.

2. The valid period of shopping points is one year, from January 1 to December 31 of each year.

3. The membership birthday gift is valid for one month.


In the event of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of the Terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
For any disputes, Lanchester International Company Limited reserves the right of final decisions.
